STRATECH WINS $4.7 MILLION CONTRACT Stratech Awarded S$4.7 million Government Contract For Medical Claims Proration System Singapore, October 31st, 2006 - Singapore Exchange Mainboard listed Stratech Systems Limited ("Stratech") is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a contract worth S$4.7 million (including options) by the Government of Singapore to update, operate and maintain the Medical Claims Proration System (MCPS). The MCPS, developed by Stratech in 1998, has been in service since 1999 for the management and processing of electronic claims of healthcare benefits of all civil servants and their respective dependants. In the new contract, Stratech will update the system and continue to provide maintenance services and operations support over the next 3 years with an option to extend another 2 years. The contract will have a significant impact on the Group's financials from Year 2007.
