SINGAPORE, March 14, 2005— Singapore Exchange Mainboard-listed intelligent Vision ("iV") technologies developer, Stratech Systems Limited ("Stratech"), today announced that it has won two breakthrough overseas contracts to implement under vehicle under-carriage surveillance and access control systems in Thailand and the United Kingdom (UK). Stratech will be delivering its intelligent Vehicle Access Control Systems, iVACS™, to an international agency in Bangkok. The systems will also go into service at an embassy in London.

Stratech’s iVACS™ a utilizes its proprietary intelligent Vision technologies to scan and detect any abnormalities such as foreign objects (contraband, improvised explosive devices, etc.) in and modifications to a vehicle’s undercarriage. It serves as a crucial decision support system for total vehicle surveillance and access control.

Clinching these contracts is the result of Stratech’s on-going efforts in reaching out aggressively overseas. The two deals are clear indications that Stratech’s concerted effort to penetrate the global Homeland Security market is beginning to pay off. The result is its suite of state-of-the-art intelligent Vision technologies driven Homeland Security systems.
