Dr. David K.M. Chew
Dr. David K.M. Chew is the Founder and Executive Chairman of the Stratech Group. With 30 years of experience in the industry, Dr. Chew has played an integral role in the development and success of Stratech. He was awarded the Rotary-ASME Entrepreneur of the Year in 1999 and in the same year put the Company on the Enterprise 50 list of most enterprising privately-held corporations in Singapore. Dr. Chew was a member of the National University of Singapore Mechanical Engineering Departmental Consultative Committee and the Singapore ONE Steering Committee which was instrumental in the development of the world’s first nationwide broadband network. He was also a Founding Member of the Board of Directors of the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS), where he served for three terms.

Ms. Leong Sook Ching
Ms. Leong Sook Ching is Executive Director and Chief Corporate Officer. She joined the Company in 1995 to form and helm the Legal Affairs Department. She is responsible for corporate strategic planning and review, organisational planning and the formulation of general Company policies as well as policies for these other departments that she manages: Human Resource & Administration, Finance, Legal, Quality Excellence and Intellectual Property Management. Ms. Leong engaged in private law from 1989 to 1995 and she was made Partner in 1993. She practised in the areas of civil litigation and corporate matters. She has a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore.

Dr. Kennedy K.M. Chew
Dr. Kennedy K.M. Chew is the Director of Alliances and Technical Fellow. He tracks and analyses market trends and developments, and helps chart new business and technology directions for the Company. He plays a key role in large-scale, mission-critical systems design and development, including the creation of related intellectual property rights. Before joining the Company, Dr. Chew was a member of the Technical Staff and Chief Architect at the National Computer Board of Singapore (currently the Infocomm Development Authority or iDA). He was awarded the NCB Undergraduate Scholarship to study Computer Science at the University of Toronto and the NCB postgraduate scholarship to study at the University of Texas where he graduated with a PhD in Computer Science.

Mr. Grant C. Bishop
Mr. Grant C. Bishop is Chief Operating Officer, Stratech Aerospace, Inc. Bringing 30 years of experience as a combat fighter pilot and advanced technology innovator, Grant Bishop has played an integral role in the early development and success of Stratech Aerospace. He was a multi-award winning commander in the USAF to include the Bronze Star and Air Medal. After earning a Master’s Degree from Kings College of London and transitioning to industry, he was awarded a US patent for an FCC approved mobile radar system which earned the Most Innovative Product of the Year award in 2010 from CONNECT. He has been involved with numerous R&D projects for the FAA and serves as the Chairman for the Geospatial Transportation Mapping Association’s Aviation Committee to help advance new technologies for mapping and management of airfields and their infrastructure. Grant is a Google Glass Explorer and continues to develop and merge new technologies to improve safety in the transportation industry.

Mr. Gary R. Abraham
Gary has been the Director of Operations for Stratech Aerospace – Europe since February 2015, and has now taken on this additional role. Gary will be stationed mainly in Singapore from 15 March 2016 to oversee the implementation of Stratech iFerret™ projects globally. Gary has more than 25 years of experience with Blue Chip Defence & Aerospace Companies including 7 years of domain experience in the FOD Detection industry. He is one of the pioneers for the delivery and implementation of Millimeter Wave Radar based FOD Detection solution for civil and military airports. Gary has a vast experience and successful track records with leading multifaceted teams and managing large projects and delivering to customers worldwide. Gary comes from an Electronics Engineering background, having started his career with the Royal Air Force. He graduated from the University of Lancaster in 2001 with a MSC in Engineering Project Management.
